Selling Property
We understand selling your property can be a stressful time and we are there every step of the way to make the process as simple and efficient as possible. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Preparing the Contract for Sale.
- Liaising with your real estate agent regarding the sale of your property.
- Attending to exchange of Contracts/liaising with Purchaser’s Conveyancer or Solicitor.
- Liaising with your bank to arrange the discharge of Mortgage.
- Preparing figures and arranging settlement.
- Arranging payments for settlement, i.e. mortgage, council rates, real estate agent’s commission, etc.
Other Services
As well as standard purchases and sales, we provide the following services:
- Justice of the Peace. Please make an appointment if you require our services.
